Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants. Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name.

Before applying for cancellation, please refer to the following policy.
* Please note that for administrative reasons, all refunds will be issued after the congress.
* A refund request letter is required by email. Any telephonic requests will not be accepted.
* Cancellations received until and including July 31(Sat), 2021 – 75% will be refunded.
* Cancellations received between August 1(Sun) and August 20(Fri), 2021 – 50% will be refunded.
* As of August 21(Sat), 2021 – no refund will be made.
